Enjoy panoramic views from this home perched above the Town of Telluride but still within walking distance to all Telluride has to offer. This home is tucked at the end of a private cul-de-sac with a large private backyard complete with babbling stream and sunken hot tub.
The living room boasts all around large cathedral windows that flood the house in sunshine and has an eating deck and wrap around lounging deck to enjoy the outdoors. The gourmet kitchen has all the high end commercial grade appliances, natural light and views to make any cook enjoy working on meals.
The master bedroom is upstairs offering privacy and views; the overscale walk-in steam shower has 5 overhead and side showerheads for a complete spa experience.
Two other guest bedrooms are on the lower level each with its own full bath.
There is also a large family room with 52" flat screen TV, stereo wired throughout the house including the outdoor Jacuzzi. In addition there´s a baby grand piano and lots of space to play. For those who still need an office while in Telluride there is a full office with all the necessary equipment. The office can be closed for privacy and has an extra twin bed for overflow and right next to it is a full bath.
