Regardless of the Season, this place is convenient to whatever you may need, shopping, liesure or sport. Only a few steps and you're enjoying a walk around Telluride, two blocks and you're on a free Gondola ride up (and over) to Mountain Village, or take several more steps and your looking at Bridal Veil Falls, hiking Bear Creek Trail or Imogene Pass or finding any number of other marvelous day hikes or mountain bike rides.
The home is well-appointed and well-kept, and was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Telluride is a must visit, and this property is part of a destination that feels like home.

This was a very nicely appointed condo in the town of Telluride. About a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the main stretch of the main street. High end appliances and comfortable rooms. Definitely recommended.

Very nice home located close to everything in the town of Telluride. Home gets a little warm due to the large glass windows and is tough to cool down at night, but no issues other than that.

great property,well fitted out,modern position,however a few
problems with things not working..took 3 days for TV to be sorted
out(this was during the inauguration) and the spa was not working
for our entire stay.The spa was a factor in choosing this property.
The managing agents were initially not very helpful, but once they
realised things were broken and not us not being able to work
them,they were just OK, We had to make a decision to be really
dissappointed with these things and spoil this magic place or just
get on with having a wonderful holiday.
Manager Response: 06/04/2009We understand the guests' frustration with the TV and the hot tub, but we responded as soon as we were notified. The hot tub is maintained by the HOA and we were not able to get them to respond to our request for service, despite repeated attempts. The TV service was a failure on the part of Time Warner. They too, were slow in coming out. After several increasingly insistent calls, we were eventually able to get them to come out on a Saturday to repair the service. The problem was not with the television itself, but on the outside of the property.
We are sorry that the guest felt that we were not very helpful, but we were doing all we could to rectify the situation and were in contact with them several times. We even loaned them about a dozen movies to watch while waiting for the cable service to be repaired.

This place was filthy dirty when we arrived at 5 PM our first day. It had
not been cleaned and all linens were dirty. We had a newborn and
toddler, tired from travel and no where to settle into. I was really
upset! Made multiple calls to the rental agent. Finally got a response
and cleaners came about an hour after we arrived. They did a good
job, but we had to stand around until they finished. Not a good start
and I will not rent from Telluride Rentals again!
