Elkstone Place 1 is the one. Just keep in mind, you will not want to leave. Close to everything. Five minute walk to: Groceries, Ski Out/In, Beer Garden and Ski Rentals. The house feels warm and is brand new. Great Kitchen, Hot Tub and Bed Rooms are perfect. We will go back next year. Good place to just chill after a long day on the slopes.

This lovely townhome is conveniently located minutes away by foot from the Mountain Village Market, the gondola and the Double Cabins ski run. This makes it the perfect rental for both winter and summer. Cozy and inviting, Elkstone Place #1 has four bedrooms and four and one-half baths. Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed and large flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub and steam shower. Also on this floor is a second master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are downstairs and both open up onto a den with another large flat-screen TV. One bedroom has bunk beds, with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The other bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. The den opens up to a patio with a private hot tub.

On the middle level is a charming great room with a gas fireplace, dining table that seats up to eight and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The double oven and six-burner gas stove with griddle is a cook's dream. Other high-end appliances such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher add to the appeal of this property. The great room opens up to a private deck with a gas firepit, gas grill and beautiful views, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of skiing or hiking! There is also a ping pong table in the garage.
