We had a very pleasant experience with Telluride Rentals personnel. They were very accommodating and available for any questions we might have had. Our condo in Etta Place Too was well appointed, comfortable and perfect for our family. We would highly recommend Telluride Rentals to anyone traveling to this destination.

We arrived to a very clean, high quality condo at the base of lift 7. Great property with a well organized management team. I would recommend Telluride Rentals and Etta Place Too to everyone. The only negative was no elevator in this three story building and the hot tub was too small for a community tub. Small issues that didn't stop us from having a great time!

We loved the time in Telluride. The condo was convenient and very pleasant. One small suggestion is to have candles, matches, and or emergency lighting for those power outages.
We had a couple of problems with a couple of things but the maintenance man was most helpful, prompt and attentive.
We hope to return again.

Overall the place was beautiful! The only complaint was that there were no windows on the second floor that could be opened and it was Sooo hot on the second floor even with the fan running. The kids insisted on sleeping in the bunk beds, at it was at least 90 degrees up there during the day while the sun was out.
Also, the comforter and pillows in the master BR had a bit of an odd smell to them. It wasn't anything major, but just enough to be a little annoying.
Thanks,
Jeanine

This condo was definitely a nice place to stay during ski season. The Coonskin Lift is right out your door. And you are also allowed to take that lift down, so at the end of the day, you do not have to ski/board down the black diamond trails to the condo. The bedrooms are very nice and big! Great views from the living room and a wonderful kitchen.
It is a 10 minute walk to the gondola since you are at the beginning of town. The hot tub is outside and around the building, so you will need to get cold before getting in. The steam shower in the master bedroom was not functional at the time of our stay.
Overall a nice place to stay and would stay there again. And the staff at Telluride Rentals were incredibly helpful, as always!! Thanks for the extra humidifier.

Overall, we enjoyed the unit's access to town, roominess and quality
beds a plus.
We were surprised to find no elevator to our third floor location and
our "techie" had to reconfigure the router before we could access the
internet.
The hot tub quit working on Sunday and was not repaired until
Monday. It had one other period during the week when its'
temperature fell into the 80s.
The design of the unit was sometimes more suited to a designer's
style than to a true residence. The decorating was a bit over done
and we temporarily moved many knick knacks to make room for
meals, board games and watching tv.
Clean- wise, it is due for a deeper cleaning with many dust balls and
bits and pieces of trash under sofas and chairs.
While we give it a high rating, we will not rent this unit again.
The property manager was responsive and empathic.
Manager Response: 09/04/2009We are very surprised with this review. Since this guest's stay the unit has undergone a deep cleaning and is now spotless. We have also taken action to ensure that the cleanliness of the property is up to our high standards by hiring someone in charge of inspecting after the cleaners have been through.
Regarding the internet, a call to our Guest Services manager would have solved any issues, as he would have come there immediately to solve any problems.

Etta Place II is very comfortably furnished, well appointed & really does feel like home, although as advertised for 12 were a little surprised that only 6 chairs for the dining table. A little more storage space for large items such as ski bags would be useful as we found that these had to stay in the lounge once we took our skis to the lockers in Mtn Village. Location is excellent with the bus stop for the resort bus stopping just outside the door. We were a little disappointed that the Hot Tub was not a private Tub as we had interpreted from the website, although this didn't spoil our stay we would have had more opportunity to benefit from a tub which was nearer to our Unit. We would have no hesitation in recommending Etta Place II & would return to this or similar accomodation in the future.

Was surprised to see the property as part of a dorm type building with many ocupents leaving their doors open and partying late. The building grounds were in pretty poor condition and somewhat weedy. Also, I recieved a two day parking ticket even though I had the required sticker placed in my window as instructed. I would be extremely grateful if someone would take care of the $40 fine. Otherwise the condo is well furnished and the interior is as promised and in good shape.
