Highlands Manor is a world-class estate home designed for the most discerning of guests. No level of luxury has been spared in this 13,500 square foot home which sits on a private one-acre lot adjacent to the Galloping Goose ski run. This home has a wonderful layout for family gatherings. Exceptional features such as two living rooms, one with a billiards table and wet bar, a media room, and wine cellar are among the things that make this house so incredible.

A full gourmet kitchen with eat-in dining for twelve and additional seating for six at the huge island work area make this home a dream for cooking and entertaining.
There is a ski room with stationary bicycle, convenient ski racks and an adjacent dry sauna and steam room. Relax in the hot tub out on the terrace while taking in views of the San Sophia range.

Of the six bedrooms, four are king-bedded suites and one is a bunk room that sleeps ten, with two queens and eight twins. The sixth bedroom is a separate guest apartment above the garage with its own entrance, queen bed and full kitchen.
