By reservation only and upon availability, this rustic yet elegant vacation retreat allows the general public to soak in their hot springs and enjoy lunch or dinner on-site. Depending on weather conditions, Dunton is about 1-1/2 hours from Telluride. Call for information and reservations.

Orvis Hot Springs is a clothing optional natural hot springs resort that does not heat or treat the water in any way. Orvis offers seven soaking areas that range in temperature from 98-112 degrees. Four of the soaking areas are outside where you can enjoy the gorgeous Colorado sun and the star filled evening sky. Orvis also offers an indoor pool and two private tubs which are great for getting out of the sun or inclement weather. At Orvis Hot Springs, you will find that our natural lithium water will allow you to rest, relax and feel rejuvenated when you leave.

Ouray now offers a 250 to 150 foot public pool containing over a million gallons of natural hot springs water. In addition to several soaking sections at a variety of temperatures ranging from 96 to 106 degrees, the pool has a lap swimming section, a diving area and a game area for water volleyball. The crystal-clear water, free from the strong smell of sulfur typical of many hot springs, makes the Ouray Hot Springs Pool more enjoyable and popular with visitors from around the world.
Ouray Hot Springs are just 1 hour drive from Telluride. There are 3 pools: hot, warm and cool, where you can exercise by swimming lengths. You can go from one pool to the other with ease. Contact the Ouray Chamber for more information.
