The place was great and exceeded my expectations. The town of T-Ride was a fantastic host for the weekend. Everyone in our group enjoyed every part of it and I'm sure we''ll be back.

We had to move out of our home for our second week in Telluride. This Kayenta condo was an answer to our prayers. It was perfect for the grandchildren to be in Mountain Village, ride the Gondola to town and come home for lunch while skiing. The bedrooms were great with the two girls downstairs and the boy in the loft. The living area was very large and combined with a nice dining area, we were in a perfect family setting. It even made me consider buying a condo in the Village and renting out our home. You will love the whole setting.

This is a great property. I have been skiing for 40 years and vacation at a lot of ski areas. This location and unit are the best I have experienced to date. The unit is spacious and well appointed. A great room with a fireplace that is perfect for family or friends to get together. The bedrooms are spacious and work well. The location has great views of the lift and village and a hot tub that is great fro apres ski. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Kayenta Legend House #5 in January, 2008 along with my 2 sisters and our husbands. The location cannot be beaten! We could walk down the back steps and were on the snow. We could then ski to Chair #4 or walk slightly uphill to then ski down to the Gondola. In the mornings we could watch the Plum TV show live on the deck below in the Gondola Plaza. The unit is very spacious, multi-storied with the bedrooms on separate levels, but is looking very worn. The stove had a broke eye, the hot tub never worked despite being repaired, no window coverings in the master bath, broken slats on the windows of one of the lower bed room. Also, the 2 baths are side by side and across the hall from the bedrooms. There are no clocks in the bedrooms, which was very stressful with our 4 am departure! Teresa, our rental contact, was helpful, worked with us as she could and indicated that they would pass on the updates needed to the owners. These were issues that we had and some of them could be corrected. Overall, it is an excellent locations but in need of some TLC.

Location, location, location!! Unsurpassed location directly on the ski run and steps from the Gondola and ski school/day camp. This unit has outstanding views and space with three large bedrooms and a loft. The master bedroom has a king, the second and third bedrooms have two twins each and both can be made into kings and the loft has two twins as well. One set of twins can be converted into a king upon request. Each sleeping area has its own bath. The living area is spacious with huge windows looking out on the ski run and mountains.
