Guests of Le Praz are spoiled by five-star luxury and ultimate Mountain Village core convenience. This brand new townhome has five bedrooms plus a flex room, and can sleep twelve guests over five levels. Le Praz is less than a minute´s walk from all of Mountain Village´s amenities - guests can ski right out the door, the kids´ ski school and the shops and restaurants of the village core are only steps away. This is luxury, lazy vacationing at its very finest!
The main entry from street level leads guests to the third floor, which features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances from Wolf, Sub Zero and Asco. There is a large dining table with seating for up to twelve. The lounge area has a gloriously inviting L-shaped sofa, with a gas fireplace, and magnificent views to the west. On this main level there is also a king-bedded suite.
The master suite occupies the entire top floor of the home (the fifth floor). A king-sized bed awaits sleepy ski legs, right after guests unwind in the huge master tub or steam shower. The master suite has flat-screen TV´s in the bedroom and the bathroom, as well as a fireplace in the bedroom and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer.
A VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor, and it is every bit as luxurious as the master suite. This suite has two double beds, and a spacious en suite bathroom with two basins, a large shower and tub, and flat-screen TV´s in both the bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor, beneath the main living and kitchen area, is another king bedroom with en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. There is also a library with a queen sofabed and bathroom. The library can be a fantastic chill out area for the kids after a big day of skiing, or it can be an extra sleeping room. There is a huge flat-screen TV and gas fireplace in the library. The laundry room is also on this level.
On the ground floor, there is a wet bar, as well as the ski room, a home theatre, and a kids bunkroom. The ski room has direct access to Lift 1, as well as benches, boot warmers and ski storage. The bunkroom is the ultimate playground - there are two sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and single beds on the top. There is also a flat-screen TV and a Nintendo Wii for the kids to enjoy! The home theatre is an impressive touch with this property. With twelve leather recliners, an extensive movie library, cozy cushions and blankets, this is the ultimate wind down after a day in the mountains.
Not a detail has been missed with this state-of-the-art townhome. Additional features include "one remote" sound system throughout (that´s right, only one remote!), radiant heating, keypad entry, elevator and intercom system throughout. The property also has luxurious Four Seasons beds, which are the ultimate in comfort.
