The location of the property was ideal. We never had to use our car because of its proximity to Mountain Village and the gondola. Even though we were there during the Bluegrass Festival, it was quiet and comfortable all four days/nights. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly when I arrived; there was a little problem with the front door lock that he expediently resolved. This townhome offers the space of a private home with the convenience of the Village Core. Ski-in/ski-out to Lift 10 or 1, or walk just one block to the Village core via dedicated easement path! In the evening, enjoy a soak under the stars in the outdoor hot-tub exclusive to Pine Meadow residents.
The dramatic two-story living room has floor to ceiling windows, an inviting gas fireplace, and opens via French doors to an outdoor deck with a gas grill and views of Wilson Peak. Radiant in-floor heat throughout makes barefooting an enjoyable treat. Also on the main level is a spacious kitchen and dining area with seating for eight, complete with high-end appliances, slate floors and granite countertops. Attached is a fully-enclosed one-car heated garage with walk-in ski closet and electronic keypad entry.
There are four main bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, plus an extra private loft with two twins on its own floor accessed by a full-sized stairway. Each of the two king masters located on the second floor has luxurious en suite travertine bathrooms with frameless glass steam shower units and separate his and her sinks. One master also has an oversized jetted bathtub. On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two twins), each with its own separate en suite travertine bathroom. One has an oversized jetted tub; the other has a full size frameless glass shower.
