This condo is beautifully done and has a breathtaking view of the mountains rising up just past the beaver pond. It's incredibly convenient as it's in town in the middle of everything you need: groceries, restaurants and for the kids a block from the library and a pleasant fiv eminute stroll along the river to the park. The kitchen is fully loaded and there's a very nice gas range. Plus a fireplace we never used. The jacuzzi is a spa not a hot tub so never gets HOT more bathwater temp. The only downside to the place is the master bed is totally sunken in one side. This place would get five stars if I'd been able to sleep well.
Rivercrown sits directly on the San Miguel River bordering the Beaver Pond with unobstructed views of the mountains, Beaver Creek and Town Park while less than 300 yards from ski runs and the Gondola in the winter and next to some of the best hiking trails in the summer. There are no better views in all of Telluride!
Very high end finishings and furnishings include a huge gourmet kitchen, stone fireplace, unsurpassed private deck with hot tub, hardwood floors, large windows and beautiful woodwork and plaster.
The huge master bedroom is on the third level with king and twin with en suite bath and private deck. On the main level you have the kitchen, dining and living room with stone fireplace, large flat screen TV, stereo and many more high-end amenities including large deck with hot tub. The ground level has two large bedrooms, one with a queen and en suite bath and the other is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (four twins) and its own bath.
Outstanding furnishings put this townhome in a class by itself.
