The view is a continuous treat. The accommodations are quite pleasant. It is convenient to town, restaurants, lifts, and gondola. The kitchen sink stopped up during our stay and created some inconvenience, but this is a premium condominium.

We enjoyed a very quiet stay in Riverside Unit B202. Very nice views over the frozen pond, and although it was probably a 20+ yr old building, the remodeling was quite thorough. New wood floors & kitchen upstairs, a new clean (Pottery Barn) couch, travertine floors/walls in the bathrooms & hallways, new steam shower (2 total), etc. - Took a day to figure out how to adjust the output on the fireplace (gas blower) but once we did, unit was plenty warm. For new parents of crawlers/toddlers: note that there's an internal staircase, so you'll have to use luggage/furniture to block-off access from the little ones (or bring your own baby-gates). We just emptied our luggage downstairs in the drawers and used it a a baby-chinese-wall upstairs to do so, with one of us always onhand to watch of course. Also, the unit starts on the 2nd story, so will need to walk up staircase outside as well. Otherwise, 2 blocks from gondola & lift, 1 block from wine store, 3 blocks from small grocery story & main street - so for accomodations in Telluride (vs. Mtn Village), it was very conveniently located. Overall a very nice stay.

We fell in love with Telluride on our first visit and the location of B-202 with the view of the beaver pond and 4th fo july fireworks was great. We enjoyed the condo. It was well equipped and nicely decorated. We did have some problems with the washer/dryer and the balcony was really dirty when we arrived. The reservation staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent it again.

This condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Its balcony has a view of Box Canyon and would be particularly enjoyable in the summer or during festivals because you could enjoy the concerts from the balcony. Located in the character-filled Town of Telluride, it is close to restaurants, Baked in Telluride, a grocery store, the Gondola and lift 8. Although the ski storage for this condo is no longer at Camel's Garden, it is at the equipment rental place across from the gondola and lift 8 and is still convenient. This allows you to walk back to the condo in your regular boots. All in all a great place to stay, especially for the price.
