Our stay in the Terraces 702 vacation home was very relaxing and comfortable. We did not want to leave. The furnishings and amenities were all very nice and clean, and the home was just a short hike/drive to the gondola station (in the winter you can just hop on the lift around the corner). It was wonderful to stay in the mountains but be able to go to town very quickly via the gondolas for dining or shopping. more »

We loved this condo. The location was great. We could walk out of the unit cross the street to put our skis on and go anywhere on the mountain. I wondered if it would be a convenient ski-in/ski-out unit, and it really was. We were able to come in and eat lunch several days before hitting the slopes again. We did not have a car, but had no problems catching the free chondola, and then the free gondola to Telluride or the grocery store. We loved skiing from lift #10 but also skiied a lot of the mountain. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely go back!

We loved the unit. The furnishings were beautiful and it was quite roomy. The
convenience to the lift was awesome. And we really liked leaving the car in the
heated garage and taking the gondola into town for dinner. We would
definitely recommend it and hope to return another year!

Thanks to wonderful Terraces 702, my friends and I rocked the Bluegrass Festival once again and had a wonderful place to come and crash. The beds were comfy; morning coffee on the porch was priceless, super clean, and loaded with all the basic needs! The bus system was great, just a short walk to the bus stop and every 15 min they would come and get you and take you to the Gondola. We for sure will be back! Thanks 702! more »
These newly constructed luxury units flank the Meadows ski trail and overlook Chairs 1 and 10. You get views of the ski area and instant access to the "chondola" during ski season for free transportation to and from the historic district of Telluride and all the resort's outstanding restaurants. These units have it all: unsurpassed location, views, luxurious western interiors, and privacy. The Terraces on Meadows ski run is a mining style house divided into 4 individual units. The only things these luxury condos lack are elevators and crowds. No high-rise living here, just the feeling of a private mountain home.
Unit 702: Six in your party? No problem. On the main level, this unit has a master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, an alcove with a bunk bed. Upstairs is a loft with two more twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king.
