The Tavern | Telluride Luxury Rental Property

The Tavern sits on the corner of Pacific Avenue and Davis Street, in the leafy west end of Telluride. This four-bedroom plus study home is a newly remodeled, luxury rental property, which reflects the charm of the many old mining style buildings in Telluride. The home has a fabulous location on a quaint intersection that has a deli, wine store and Thai restaurant. The Tavern is located equal walking distance between the gondola and Chair 7. The shops of Telluride Main Street are approximately three blocks away.



The home has an eclectic and refined interior, which spans three levels. From a rustic porch, guests enter the home on the middle level of the house where there is a warm, inviting living room, with large sofas surrounding a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Beyond the living room, there is a kitchen and dining room. The well-equipped kitchen is made for entertaining, and has high-end appliances from Thermador and KitchenAid. The dining table seats six. Beyond the kitchen, along a small hallway, there is a private study with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower.



On the upper level of the home, there is a decadent master suite with an inviting king- sized bed, luxurious dressing room area, a private deck and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, a steam shower and double sinks. There is also a small private deck off the master bathroom.



On the lower level of the home are three more bedrooms and a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV. There is one bedroom with a twin-sized bed and a trundle. This bedroom has its own private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom, which has a tub. The entire lower of the home has elegant polished cement floors and doors leading out to a paved area where guests can catch some fresh mountain air. There is also parking for one vehicle in an undercover, downstairs garage.



This home combines touches of European and vintage western influence. This is a fantastic, high-end vacation rental that captures the essence of Telluride - plenty of character with a contemporary finish!
