We still have a good 6 weeks of skiing up our sleeves (and Spring skiing is always the BEST), but I can’t help but dream of summer at this stage of winter. Before I get to plugging summer, I want to mention a few late ski season deals, exclusively to blog readers.
The state of the economy has definitely had an impact here in Telluride. It is difficult to fetch top rental rates for high end properties, despite their magnificence! People are still skiing, but they are watching their wallets in the process. The good news for guests is that this is the perfect time to snap up some fantastic rental properties at a fraction of the average rental rates of years gone by – prices that are set to start climbing again as the economy slowly improves. So now is the time to book that dream ski vacation that you never thought possible. Get a group of families together, or a group of friends, and you could be living the high life in Telluride for your ski vacation!
For example, Alpen Ridge, a 6 bedroom ski in/ski out home, usually rents for $4,000/night during the winter. Stay for 5 nights or longer for any available dates for the rest of the winter ski season, and we will give you a rate of $1,500/night.
This is just one of the many amazing deals that Telluride Rentals is offering for the rest of the winter season. We are willing to work with you on our available properties to make sure that you get the best deal possible!
Summer 2011 is shaping up to be a busy one… we are already booked out in Telluride town for the Bluegrass Festival. Now is a good time to get something booked for Bluegrass, as we have a few great Mountain Village core properties remaining. The gondola to town is a short walk from many of our Mountain Villages condos, townhomes, and private homes.
