It’s off-season… you’re friends are in one tropical paradise or another, and here in Telluride, we’ve had some beautifully sunny days, a few snow days and everything in between. It’s so peaceful in town - you’re happy, content… but you’re HUNGRY. Not to fear, because we’ve got a few wonderful restaurants keeping their doors open this off-season just for you!

We’ve made some calls and tracked down the following list of restaurants for you to frequent from now until Memorial Day:

Open Restaurants

Our favorite wine bar is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through off-season… Cheers! Belly-up to the bar and enjoy! Now serving an assortment of small bites too. 220A East Colorado Avenue, 970.239.2006

Baked in Telluride
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you’ll still find everything from donuts and bagels to pizza and salads. 127 South Fir Street, 970.728.4775

Brown Bag
Delicious sandwiches are just a phone call away (at least Monday thru Friday). Take your pick from hot/cold breakfast paninis, lunch sandwiches, gourmet salads... 126 West Colorado Avenue, 970.728.5556

Brown Dog Pizza
The best pizza in town is still available, and boy are we glad! We weren’t sure we’d survive the off-season without a slice of that award winning Detroit Style ‘za! 110 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.8046

Grab some Greek and eat on the La Cocina patio, or even take it to go. You'll enjoy traditional dishes like falafels, pita, kabobs, tabouli, hummus or an organic whole-food smoothies. 123 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.9355

Coffee Cowboy
The best, and only coffee cart in town serves delicious blended, iced and hot drinks, as well as baked goods like brownies, cookies and macaroons. Closed Sundays. 131 East Colorado Avenue

La Cocina de Luz
These sunny, off-season days are just begging for you to head to this outdoor patio space for an ice-cold margarita, homemade chips & salsa and a few fish tacos. Ole! 123 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.9355

Maggie’s Bakery
Open until 2pm, 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays), this popular breakfast stop is the perfect place to settle in for a tall stack of pancakes, breakfast burrito, sandwiches and more. 300 West Colorado Avenue, 970.728.3334

Poacher's Pub
Recently expanded with even more room for patrons, Poacher's Pub serves up great sandwiches, salads, apps, soups and draft beers! Enjoy local flavor here. 113 Lost Creek Lane Unit C, 970.728.9647

Shanghai Palace
Want a great grab and go option for dinner tonight? Head to our local Chinese food restaurant for amazing crab Rangoon, Kung Pao chicken or steamed dumplings. 126 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.0882

Smuggler’s Brewpub
With their new menu well under way, Smuggler’s is a great place to grab lunch, a snack or a delicious dinner with friends and family! You can even watch the game… 225 South Pine Street, 970.728.5630

The Steaming Bean
This local hang out is keeping its doors open this off-season for breakfast, coffee, cocktails and even karaoke! Warm up on a cold day, or enjoy the patio on a warm one. 221 West Colorado Avenue, 970.369.5575

Butcher & the Baker
We’re chomping at the bit for this staple restaurant to open again. Looking forward to their daily specials, croissants, soups and more! Open Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm. 217 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.2899

Late April-Ish
Oak, the New Fat Alley
Pulled pork sandwiches, BLT lettuce wraps, ceviche, ribs and chicken-fried steak will all return to Telluride when these doors open again… we can’t wait! 250 West San Juan Avenue (AKA Gus’s Way), 970.728.3985

May 2nd
La Marmotte
We hope you’re hungry, because this delicious French restaurant will soon be open. Serving beautiful carpaccio, delectable duck and creative cocktails, this is a must for date night. 150 San Juan Avenue, 970.728.6232

May 9th
Enjoy an authentic Italian meal at this beautiful Main Street location, complete with outdoor dining area, wood-fired pizza oven and unforgettable pastas, salads, paninis, pizzas, soups and dessert, of course! 114 East Colorado Avenue, 970.728.4046

May 13th
