Yesterday was the very first Telluride Farmer's Market for 2011. The Telluride Farmer's Market is a treasured part of our Telluride summer. Producers from surrounding areas come to town every Friday, giving visitors and locals a chance to sample the very best local and seasonal produce from south west Colorado. Producers sell a selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, cheeses and breads, as well as locally made arts and crafts. You can get even experience a relaxing massage from a local practitioner, or sit by the gondola and listen to the weekly musical act, while sipping on home-made lemonade or eating fresh Olathe popcorn.
A visit to the Telluride Farmer's Market is a must for anyone visiting Telluride. The market's are held every Friday from 11am - 4pm on south Oak Street.
