On the lowest level of the property (level one) is the movie theater, wet bar, the kid’s bunk room, and the ski room. The movie theater can seat up to 12 guests in armchairs and has an Apple TV and is equipped with cable for guests’ viewing pleasure! From the movie room, guests can access the ski room, which has a number of boot drying racks and storage for ski equipment. There is also a kid’s bunk room on this level with two sets of bunk beds – two full beds and two single beds. The bunk room has a large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray disc player, and a Wii. In the hallway, there is a bathroom with a glass shower.

On level two of the property is another king guest suite with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a combined shower/tub. There is also a library on this level that has a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private deck. This den also has its own private bathroom with a shower, so it can be used as an extra bedroom if required. There is a laundry room on this level with an industrial size washer and dryer. From this level, guests can access the garage where there is underground parking for one vehicle.

Level three of Le Praz features the main living area of the property. The main living area has a contemporary, stylish L shaped sofa surrounding a gas fireplace. The great room has lofty vaulted ceilings and huge windows with magnificent views to the west. Guests can see the beginner’s ski run in the winter and the golf course in the summer. There is a dining table for 10 guests. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. It has top of the line stainless steel appliances, Riedel stemware, a wine cooler, a high-end Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker and a breakfast bar with four bar stools. There is also a half bathroom on this level, as well as a king guest suite with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower.

The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. The VIP suite has two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The VIP suite has a large private bathroom with two sinks, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. There is also a huge walk-in wardrobe that could accommodate a crib for a baby if required.

The top level of the townhome, level five, features the deluxe master suite. The master suite has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray disc player and a small Juliet balcony with two deck chairs. The master bathroom has a steam shower and a separate tub with a small flat-screen TV! There are two walk-in closets, one of which has an additional washer and dryer.
