TRISTANT 131

Pour yourself a drink, kick back, and relax in this brand new, beautifully decorated, slope-side Tristant townhome. Situated on the Village Bypass ski run, Tristant 131 is part of the most recently completed phase of the Tristant development. Spread over three levels, this townhome has four bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve guests. This property features luxurious materials including rich walnut floors, custom alder cabinetry, marble tile, a local stone-built fireplace, and hand-forged steel railings.

You enter the townhome on the main living area where there is a lovely open plan living area featuring a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a dining table, and elegant sofas surrounding a gas fireplace. There is also a small deck off the great room where you can enjoy the leafy mountain views with the sound of the creek babbling below. This deck has a grill. There is a Samsung audio dock on the main level. This is capable of interfacing with Apple devices (iPod, iPhone, iPad) or Android devices to stream music. This can be done wirelessly (Bluetooth), by docking directly with the unit, or by auxiliary cable.

On the upper level of the townhome are two guest suites. The master has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with an oversized tub and steam shower. The second master also has a king-sized bed and en suite with a shower. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa and a desk on the landing at the top of the stairs.

On the lower level of the townhome, there are two more guest suites. One suite has bunk beds (twin upper, queen lower plus a trundle bed) and an en suite with a shower. The other has a split king bed (it can be made up as a king bed or twin beds). Each guest suite has its own TV.  There is also a comfortable TV room on this lower level with a blue ray DVD.

This property has a private hot tub, which is located on the lower level deck. Guests can also access the ski run from the lower level, out a side door. There is a dedicated area for leaving ski equipment by the side door on the lower level.

Tristant 131 has a heated garage, wifi, and a laundry room.
