Our team has years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been trained to offer the finest services. Our entire staff is local and lives in Telluride, and therefore is intimately familiar with each property we manage.

WHAT KIND OF CONCIERGE SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer full service concierge services: from transportation and pre-arrival pantry stocking to scheduling a private chef and booking your after skiing or hiking massage. A full list of concierge services can be found in the travel planning section of this site and booked online.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?

All reservations require a  minimum stay of four nights. The exception to this rule is the holiday season in late December and early January and Spring Break through March, which require a minimum of a seven night stay.

DO I HAVE TO START MY VACATION RENTAL ON A SPECIFIC DAY OF THE WEEK?

No, guests may check-in any day of the week.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

50% of the rent plus tax is due at booking. For reservations of 30 days or longer, the entire first deposit is non-refundable. The deposit becomes 100% (i.e. the entire rental fee is due and payable at the time of booking) for reservations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date. 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Deposit refunds are available if a reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date. The entire deposit shall be refundable, less the first night’s rent and tax. No refunds are available within 60 days or less of scheduled arrival time. Reservations for stays of 30 days or longer will forfeit their entire first deposit upon booking. 

WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?

Up to $5,000 per reservation can be placed on a credit card. Any remaining balance after the $5,000 limit is met, must be paid via wire transfer or check.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

No. In lieu of a security deposit, each reservation it charged a $39 damage insurance premium. The damage waiver includes insurance coverage for up to $3,000 in damages.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm on the arrival date. Check-out time is 10:00 am on the departure date. If you require an early check-in or late check-out we are happy to accommodate where possible, you may contact us to make arrangements.

WHAT KIND OF HELP CAN I EXPECT IF I RUN INTO A PROBLEM AT MY PROPERTY?

When you arrive at your Telluride Rentals vacation home you’ll find complete and detailed information about the residence; including where to find things, how to operate appliances, internet network and password information and much more. However, if you run into a problem that the written material cannot help you solve, we are available 24/7 to help. Just give us a call at our after-hours number. Usually, we are able handle your questions or concerns over the phone. If not, we can arrange to provide you with on-site expert assistance.

DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING?

You will arrive to find your property immaculately cleaned and well stocked. If you would like additional cleaning services or linen changes during your stay, it is our pleasure to schedule them at your convenience. Check-out clean is part of the rental service and is included in rental rate.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY AT EACH PROPERTY?

Each residence is well stocked with linens, towels, paper products, detergent, coffee filters, cleaning products, dish soap, hand soap and starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap. All of our properties have laundry facilities and wifi, as well as humidifiers and hair dryers. Kitchens have all necessary small appliances, cookware and dishware.
