  • Basic maintenance services – at a maximum cost benefit to you, we will perform minor repairs at our preferred hourly rate for care taking clients.
  • Sub-contractor oversight – with 10+ years of working with local carpet cleaners, plumbers, electricians, landscapers and service providers, we can guarantee that the professionals servicing your home are reliable and well  supervised.
  • Residence guides and guest tours – each property we service will receive a custom leather-bound manual to guide guests though the operation of your home, as well as our personal service to ensure a comfortable experience for all.
  • Preferred rate service – exclusive to our care taking clients, we will be happy to help with anything else at our preferred hourly rate such as shipping/receiving, holiday decorating, vehicle transportation, dry cleaning, etc.
