When is the best time to get married in Telluride?
Telluride is stunningly beautiful year round. The beginning and end of summer (June and September) are the most popular times because it is shoulder season, the weather is nice, and availability is better. The summer is also a very popular time, because of the warmer weather and abundance of outdoor activities. There are also a lot of winter celebrations, because of the skiing and other snow related activities. It really just depends on what you prefer!
Can you suggest local vendors for my event?
Telluride Rentals has compiled a finely tuned list of experienced, professional vendors that includes wedding planners, photographers, party equipment rental, caterers, florists and more. Please do not hesitate to request this list when you speak with our team!
Can you help me with restaurant reservations and activity planning?
Telluride Rentals has a full service, in house concierge team. Let us help you plan any restaurant reservations, activities and spa treatments using our expert local knowledge. We can also assist with airport transfers, grocery stocking, shipping and crib rentals, just to name a few of the services we can arrange for you.
Can Telluride Rentals help me with lodging for our entire party?
Telluride Rentals manages a hand picked selection of 60 private homes and condos in Telluride and Mountain Village. Please ask us about group rates for weddings and special events. It sure does make it easy to have a one stop shop for your entire Telluride experience.
Is Telluride a good place to host my bachelor/bachelorette party?

Can we get our marriage license in Telluride?
Marriage licenses can be purchased for $30 at the county clerk’s office. The country clerk’s office is located in downtown Telluride, in the San Miguel County Courthouse which is located at 205 W. Colorado Avenue. It is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 4.30pm and the phone number is 970.728.3954.
Is it better to have guests stay in Telluride or Mountain Village?
Telluride and Mountain Village each offer their own unique atmosphere, activities and lodging options for your guests. Telluride is a historic Victorian mining town, full of charm and character. Mountain Village is the resort town which features bigger hotels, large private homes and is the hub of the Telluride Ski Resort.
