The living, kitchen, and dining areas are wide open and bright— with tons of natural light streaming in through the large windows. A plush sofa and armchair face the flatscreen television and fireplace. Pour a cocktail and kick back here in the evenings to catch the game or a great movie. Nearby, there’s a dining table with seating for six. Glass doors lead out to the patio with views of the mountain peaks, ski trails, and the quaint Telluride neighborhood street.

A spacious island leads into the well-designed kitchen. There are upholstered barstools on the island for casual snacks, morning coffee service, and happy hour cocktails. The second bedroom suite on the upper level also has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and marble soaking tub.

On the ground level, the third bedroom suite has a king-size bed and flatscreen television. A distressed, sliding barn door leads into the attached bathroom with a step-in shower. A mudroom and laundry area are also located on the lower level. There’s also a convenient one-car garage.
