A serene Mountain Village cabin with enviable access to the Prospect Ski Trail, Traditional Treasure allows you to ski-in and ski-out from nearly every trail on the mountain. In the main level great room, the living area is anchored by a classic stone hearth and a cozy fireplace— ideal for those chilly Colorado evenings. A couple of sofas and armchairs provide plenty of lounging space for everyone, and glass-paned doors lead outside to the patio area. A bright bay window allows the natural sunlight to flow inside, and also provides lovely views of the forest and the San Sophia Ridge.

Gather Together in the Open Kitchen

In the updated kitchen, quartz countertops and shaker cabinets add a modern feel to this classic space, while a tiered island bar adds a workspace and a spot for everyone to gather over fresh coffee or evening cocktails. Premier appliances include a paneled refrigerator, dishwasher, and a luxe gas range with a shiny vent hood. Nearby, the formal dining area has seating for eight.

Four Bedrooms Featuring Two Primary Suites

Traditional Treasure includes four serene bedrooms, two of which are primary suites. The first primary suite features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and jetted tub. The second primary suite also has its own ensuite bathroom and a luxurious king-size bed. The third bedroom is a cool bunk space that the kids will love— complete with two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds that have been custom-built. The final bedroom is a guest room with two twin-size beds.

On the lower level, another living space is like a game room with shuffleboard, a sofa and HDTV for catching the game, and a wet bar for serving snacks with ease. There’s also a gorgeous outdoor patio off the main living area that features snow-melt technology for year-round enjoyment, lots of lounging space, a gas grill, and a relaxing hot tub.

Traditional Treasure is surrounded by beautiful, lush national forest land, which provides a priceless feeling of serenity and peace. This ideally-located home is also right next door to the Sundance ski run and backs up to the Prospect Ski Trail, making it possible to ski-in and ski-out whenever the mood strikes. You’ll also be a quick drive away from the Mountain Village core— for coffee, an aprés-ski cocktail, a romantic dinner on the town, or a ride in the gondola.
